• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all returns.

2. Return Process

• Provide clear photos of the product showing the issue.
• Once the return request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
• Customers may need to bear the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• If the return is approved, refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• If a refund is delayed, please check with your bank before contacting us.

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products.
• If an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, a full refund will be provided.

5. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
• If canceled within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
