About us

chaptergifting.in is run by The Perfect Article, Udaipur, Rajasthan, India, under the brand Chapter Gifting (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated. Shipping within India is free.
• Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example a pricing error, stock running out, or content we cannot engrave — and refund you in full.

Your personalisation

• You are responsible for the spelling and content you send us and approve in the proof.
• You confirm you have the right to use any photo, logo or text you send.
• We do not make anything offensive, unlawful, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

Photos and previews

Product photos and on-screen previews show how a piece will look. Each finished piece is handmade, so grain, tone and placement can vary slightly.

Our work

Designs, photos and text on this site belong to Chapter Gifting. We may photograph finished pieces for our portfolio and social media; tell us when you order if you would rather we did not.

Offers and giveaways

Each offer or giveaway follows the rules announced with it. One free item per person. We may change or end an offer at any time.

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
