Where we ship

We deliver across India, and shipping is free on every order.

When your order leaves our workshop

Every piece is made to order in Udaipur.

• Personalised items (name, photo, logo or message): we send you a design proof on WhatsApp, usually within one working day of your order. Your order is dispatched within 2 working days of you approving the proof.
• Hand-burnt portrait sketches: your proof arrives by the next working day, and the piece is dispatched within 2 working days of your approval.
• Bulk and corporate orders: we confirm the timeline in writing when you order.

Sundays and public holidays are not working days.

Delivery time

After dispatch, most orders arrive within 3–7 working days, depending on your pin code. Remote areas can take longer. The delivery date shown on a product page is our estimate for that order.

Tracking

Once your parcel is handed to the courier, we share the tracking link on WhatsApp and/or email.

Need it by a date?

Message us on WhatsApp before you order. We will tell you honestly whether we can make your date.

Address and delivery attempts

Please check your pin code and phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or the phone could not be reached, we will ship it again once you confirm the details; the courier’s return and re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, see our Refund & Returns Policy — tell us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
