What we collect

• What you send us to personalise a gift: names, messages, photos and logos.
• Your order history, and basic usage data from cookies and Google Analytics.
• For giveaways: your Instagram ID and the story screenshot you upload.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

How we use it

To make and deliver your order, send you proofs and updates on WhatsApp, email or phone, help you with support, verify giveaway entries, and improve this website.

Who we share it with

Courier partners (name, address, phone), our payment gateway, our hosting and email providers, and Google Analytics. We do not sell your data.

Your photos

Photos you upload are used only to make your piece. Photos uploaded without an order are deleted automatically within 7 days. Photos from orders are kept only as long as needed for the order, support and our records.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your bag and checkout working and to understand how the site is used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser.

Your choices

Ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time. We keep what the law requires, such as GST invoices.

Security

Our site runs over HTTPS, and access to order data is limited to the people who make and ship your gift.
