Refund & Returns Policy

You approve before we make

We send you a proof before anything is engraved or burnt, and you can ask for changes. If you do not approve the proof and we cannot get it right, we refund your payment in full. Nothing is made until you say yes.

Personalised items

Because every piece carries a name, photo or logo made for you, personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged once you have approved the proof — unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the proof you approved.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

• Tell us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
• Send clear photos of the product and the packaging. An unboxing video helps us settle it fastest.
• We will remake and resend the item at no cost, or refund you in full — your choice.

Natural wood grain, knots and colour differ from piece to piece, and hand-burnt work carries the marks of the hand. These are part of the craft, not defects.

Cancellations

• Before you approve the proof: cancel any time for a full refund.
• After you approve the proof: production has started, so the order cannot be cancelled.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of being approved. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Free and giveaway items

Free products from giveaways and promotions are limited to one per person and phone number, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. If one arrives damaged, we will replace it.
